Refund of Fees:

If any student withdraws his/her registration from a program in the first semester before the commencement of the class, only the tuition fees paid for that semester may be refunded. If any student withdraws his/her registration from a program in any other semester within 15 days of the commencement of the class of that semester only the tuition fees paid for that semester may be refunded.

Rules & Regulations to be Followed:

The students and their guardians are requested to be aware of the rules and regulations before admission to avoid any future complications. The students are supposed to follow the rules and regulations of the university, otherwise their admission is liable to be cancelled.

All candidates for a degree must:

Earn at least a CGPA of 2.00 on all BUBT credits counted for undergraduate degree and at least CGPA of 2.5 for graduate programs. Complete the internship/research project with a minimum of C grade, wherever required; Clear all financial and other obligations to the university.

Transcripts and Academic Records:

Former and currently enrolled students who have paid their university charges are entitled to receive, upon written request, transcripts of their academic records. Each transcript includes a student's entire academic record to date and current academic status. A fee of Tk. 200/- (Taka two hundred) is payable for issuing a transcript.

Withholding Records:

The University may withhold records of students who have outstanding dues (fees) and against whom official disciplinary actions have been taken.
